Bathurst Arts Council is associated with the Arts Council of NSW and was formed in 1986 to encourage the development of live theatre in Bathurst and to promote all art forms. Projects include street banners and hosting performances by local and touring artists. Publishes regular newsletters for members and produces the "Where for Art" booklet. Sponsors a monthly and annual Youth Arts Award. Committee meets monthly. Contact for details.
