Bathurst Information and Neighbourhood Centre (BINC) is a community based multiservice organisation providing information and referral to the people of the Bathurst Region so they can access links and supports to aid community participation and independence. BINC also conducts a range of programs and offers access to meeting rooms and other community resources. BINC welcomes anyone who needs information about the area’s local associations, community services, self help groups and leisure activities.
