Accessible Living Options (ALO)

Accessible Living Options assists frail aged people, people with disabilities and their carers to remain in their own homes. ALO covers the towns of Bathurst, Rockley, Burraga, Perthville, Trunkey Creek, Blayney, Oberon, Lithgow , Kandos, Rylstone, Portland, Wattle Flat, Sofala, Wallerawang and surrounding areas. Accessible Living Options is NDIS registered.  ALO provides four programs: Case Management – this service assists people to obtain the full range of help and support services that they need to remain living safely at home. Respite - Respite provides the carer with a time out or a break. It is short term, planned, flexible and time limited, and aims to meet the individual needs. Neighbour Aid - this service offers social support to socially isolated people through volunteers providing companionship, assistance with shopping or on social outings. This service is only available in Bathurst Regional Council and Oberon Shire. Compacks – is a short term package of community care. It is available for up to six weeks after leaving hospital. It is for people who require the support of a case manager to arrange necessary support services such as personal care, housework, transport and meals. Email (alt);
