headspace  Bathurst is a free, youth-friendly service for all young people aged 12 to 25 years.  You can get in touch if you’re having a tough time, or would like to improve your health and wellbeing. You can also make contact if you’re not sure what’s going on, or feel like you need someone to talk to.

The services you access at  headspace  Bathurst will depend on what your needs and goals are. Your first appointment will be with one of our Youth Care Coordinators. They’ll talk about what’s going on in your life and support you in working through your options. You’ll have the opportunity to access general health, mental health, drug and alcohol services and vocational support.

If you’re looking for a place to get school or work stuff done then you can drop into our hYLITE Centre. It’s open during school term (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) with CSU Mentors on hand to offer assistance from 3pm to 5pm. It’s fully equipped with everything you’ll need to get that job application or assignment finished.
